CW || In the Silverwood - Part Three----------|| Lukan || Long strides carried Lukan through the forest quickly, but it wasn't fast enough, and so he stepped faster galloping between the trees until he was satisfied he had gone far enough to avoid any suspicions and turned to exit the treeline, making a wide arc to go back the way he had come. Still he didn't slow, anxious to get back to the herd, hooves thundering against the ground and his mane and tail whipping out behind him. He wasn't sure how far he had gone, but id didn't take long to get back; thought returned to him just in time to remind himself to approach calmly so he wouldn't alarm the herd. As he walked through the small gathered groups he drew a few looks at his disheveled mane and a concerned question or two that he answered with "out for a run" which wasn't a lie and he was certainly out of breath enough to make it so. Unless of course things in the war went badly and there wasn't a later, but they had already agreed that wasn't going to happen. "It's hard to ignore your work when it is so much a part of you, but there's no shame in taking a break once in a while either." He laughed the last part

Of course, Ziara thought to herself as her golden eyes travelled the bark of the mysterious trees, this was the reason it was named the "Silver Wood" after all. The second most mysterious and holy location in all of Olde, aside from the praying pool and perhaps the forbidden forest... But that was more scary than mysterious to most. Most would shudder at the thought of even setting a step closer to the infamous forest though to the Mage it was nothing but alluring. She loved adventure and exploring, it was everything she lived for now. It drove her mind away from her recent losses and into the unknown. There was always that one unique beautiful detail in even the scariest undiscovered corners of the world, and she wouldn't rest until she had experienced all of them. Though the transition from Knight to Mage ha
